The coastal collection
I created the Coastal Collection to explore the quiet movement of water, wind, and shoreline landscapes through handmade porcelain forms. I shape each piece by hand in my Southern California studio, drawing inspiration from coastal fog, shifting tides, and the natural erosion along the shoreline.
Flowing glazes, organic textures, and subtle shifts in tone move across each surface, giving every piece a sense of motion and depth. No two pieces are ever the same, so each bowl, vessel, and form carries its own variation of sea and sky.
I designed the Coastal Collection for both function and beauty. They are made to be used, held, and lived with, bringing a sense of calm and natural rhythm into everyday spaces.

Coastal Oxide Bowls
Handbuilt porcelain bowls inspired by shoreline landscapes and shifting tides. A rich red iron oxide wash finishes the exterior. It settles into every carved texture, evoking weathered earth and coastal stone. Inside, a flowing turquoise glaze reflects the color and movement of shallow ocean water. Each bowl is one of a kind, balancing earthy surface with a luminous, sea-toned interior.
Ocean Drift Platters
I design serving platters within this Coastal collection to bring those same coastal influences into shared meals and gatherings. Flowing glazes, organic textures, and subtle shifts in tone move across each surface, creating a sense of motion and depth.
